These terms apply to all customer relationships initiated through our online store at www.cgn.gg. The store is operated by:

Customers place a binding order by clicking “Buy” in the shopping cart. CGN may accept the offer within 14 days, or by shipping the products. A mere confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the offer.

• —All prices include statutory VAT.
• —Standard domestic shipping is sent as a regular package; international orders are sent by express delivery.
• —Delivery typically takes up to 14 days.
• —Consumers bear the cost of return shipping when exercising their right of return.

Consumers have a right of return in accordance with our refund policy. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB do not have a right of return.

For consumers, statutory warranty for defects applies. Claims for damages are excluded if a defect is not reported within two weeks of discovery.

For business customers, CGN limits liability for simple negligence to EUR 100 and excludes indirect and consequential damages. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they habitually reside. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Cologne.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
